JT&N’s Shanghai office was opened in 2003. Located in Lujiazui, Shanghai's dynamic international financial zone, the office currently has over twenty attorneys, led by Managing Partner James Liu. Most of the office's attorneys hold PhD or MA degrees and several attorneys have studied overseas. Jiang Xiangyuan obtained his JD degree from Chicago Kent College of Law, and attended the Illinois Institute of Technology. In addition to being qualified lawyers, several of the Shanghai office attorneys are also CPAs, certified real estate assessors and certified tax agents.
