We offer clients practical and constructive dispute settlement plans and methods, with particular strength in intellectual property, the areas of labor and employment law, bank lending, real estate development, joint venture-related disputes, insurance, commercial, international trade and marine commercial transportation.

JT&N’s litigation and arbitration department is comprised of a strong team of outstanding and experienced lawyers with a reputation for quality and effectiveness. The majority of partners have more than ten years’ experience in litigation and arbitration in China and abroad. Our extensive trial experience in the high and intermediate courts of dozens of provincial, county and municipal localities throughout China, underpins JT&N’s ability to design effective litigation plans and accurately calculate litigation results.

The firm’s lawyers frequently act as arbitrators for the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), the Beijing Arbitration Committee and other regional and local PRC arbitral organizations, and routinely participate in international and domestic arbitration exchange activities. JT&N has represented domestic and foreign clients in arbitration proceedings in front of CIETAC and other major international arbitration institutions such as the Arbitration Institute of the Stockholm Chamber of Commerce, the International Chamber of Commerce Court of Arbitration, the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre and the London Court of International Arbitration.
