Professional Experience

Mr. Li joined the firm in August 2018. His practice focuses on cross-border dispute resolution, regulatory compliance and complex transactions. Before joining JT&N, he worked as senior legal counsel for more than six years (2012 to 2018) in a Fortune 500 company in China (earning the accolade of one of China’s top 15 in-house legal teams from Asia Legal Business). Prior to that, he was an associate for more than three years (2009 to 2012) in a Chinese law firm. From 2007 to 2008, he was a lecturer of international business law in a Chinese university.
